Always Growing...

A LOT has been going on since we last posted! There are so many exciting developments at the University, and it is really fun to watch the way our institution is growing and developing! Here is a list of the major updates at VIU:

• Veterans Affairs--VIU has gained approval to offer educational benefits to Veterans of the US Armed Forces! Education benefits are available to veterans under several education benefit programs, such as the Post-9/11 GI Bill, the Montgomery GI Bill – Active Duty, and the Montgomery GI Bill – Selected Reserve and Reserve Education Assistance Program (REAP). We are really excited about this initiative, and are happy to give back to those who serve our country!
• MBA Concentrations--We have opened two new concentrations for the MBA Program. We now offer a MBA in Human Resource Management, as well as an MBA in Accounting!
  
• 2010 Commencement Ceremony--We want to congratulate our hard-working graduates from the Summer 2009, Fall 2009, and Spring 2010 semesters! They will be recognized at the Commencement Ceremony on May 1, 2010 at Langley High School in McLean, VA

We have a great deal of new developments in the works right now, including a TOEFL Testing Center. Check back soon for updates!
